About the Site Speed Lab Project
SiteSpeedLab is a service created specifically for webmasters. We help
you make your website faster. This is especially important
because the speed of the website is one of the ranking factors now.
Accelerating a website helps not only improve the position in the SERP,
but it also can improve website usability and increase the website's revenue.

How Do We Test?
We test website speed with enviable frequency. We use several servers
in our tests. It helps evaluate more accurately the overall speed of the
website on several parameters. We are using 5 servers right now. Websites
located in the same city are tested at the same time to obtain
adequate data for the whole region. Using this data and taking into
account the region and region audience of your website, we build
comparative reports and graphs.
Crawler Restrictions
We use a special program called SiteSpeedBot to get up-to-date
information about your website. SiteSpeedBot is a web crawler. It works in
accordance with Robot Exclusion Standards. To exclude SiteSpeedBot from
crawling your site, add this code to your robots.txt file:
